What's a name squeeze page? Simply, a name squeeze page is a small web page containing an opt-in box that prevents someone from going any further unless they "opt-in" and give you their name, primary eMail address, and any other information you request of them to give you. That's why it's called a "name squeeze" page because it "squeezes" the name and eMail address out of someone before they can view your site, product, offer, etc.
The purpose of a name squeeze page is to build a list and generate leads, which hopefully, you can turn into sales! No leads means no sales! Lots of leads could equal lots of sales. The larger your list grows, the more money you could possibly make selling products, services, coaching, seminars and more! You might notice a big jump in the number of signups with a name squeeze page as soon as you put it up versus not having one at all. Just having a simple opt-in box on your home page doesn't always improve signups like a name squeeze page does. Try it for a week or two and see what results you experience. You might be pleasantly surprised.
Again, name squeeze pages are placed before (or in front of) web sites, web pages and landing pages where you plan on selling something, sharing information, making special offers, etc.
MyMarketingCart.com can help you build your list of leads and prospects so you can sell your products and/or services to. Don't start promoting your website without the ability to create opt-in boxes for your name squeeze pages … |
