Again, to access this page, simply log into your account with MyMarketingCart.com, mouse over SETUP in the top navigation menu, and click on GATEWAY SETUP in the drop-down menu. Click on the Setup Other Payment Options tab you see below, and fill in the fields you also see. Do note, you will need your merchant account information handy to fill in this page.
